Technical Intermediary Role Manga Novus operates strictly as a technology platform and intermediary, enabling users to discover and navigate to manga content hosted by external third-party sources. The App is not a publisher, content provider, or content host, and does not create, upload, or control any manga content. The Team does not select or determine the availability of specific titles and does not exercise editorial control over third-party content.

1.2. Information Location Tool (DMCA 512(d)) Pursuant to Section 512(d) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), the App functions as a neutral “Information Location Tool.” It provides a specialized interface that allows users to locate publicly available content made accessible by independent third-party sources. The Team does not control, modify, filter, prioritize, or curate such content at its source, except for technical indexing necessary for functionality.

1.3. No Hosting or Storage Policy The Team does not host, store, cache, reproduce, or distribute any manga files or images on its own servers or infrastructure. All content is retrieved dynamically from external sources at the direction of the user.

• No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
